How to get the data?

Posted by jeisen on 30 Nov 2012 at 14:45 GMT

I am unable to find accession numbers for the full genome data reported in this paper (e.g., raw shotgun data, sequence assemblies). Is the data available? If so, where? If not, why not?

We are currently in the process of closing the strain HS genome sequence. In order to make the data used in this manuscript accessible, we are uploading the current draft assembly to Genbank as a whole genome shotgun submission and will provide an accession number for this data ASAP.

In the spirit of open access, both the strain HS draft assembly and SOPE complete assembly are now hosted at the following address:

Please note the request regarding the SOPE annotation.
