Sensitivity analysis identifies the enzymes most important for PEP production.

The bar graph shows the ratio of PEP levels when the indicated enzyme level is raised 50% above its normal, steady state level (a value of 1.5 in the simulation). Upregulated enzymes that caused a change greater than 2% change in PEP levels (black bars) were deemed significant for PEP production.
