Rank of the stability score of wildtype protein sequence among 1000 mutated sequences in 3 age groups: Eukarya, Metazoans and Vertebrates.

Wilcoxon tests were performed to assess the significance of the difference: Eukarya vs Metazoans: p-value<1.684e−14 , Eukarya vs Vertebrate: p-value<2.2e−16 , Metazoans vs Vertebrates: p-value = 1.119e−8). Low rank suggests that the native structure is relatively robust to mutations.
