This graph includes 10430 minima with three or more connections and 34519 transition states that link them. Branches corresponding to minima with the knotted topology are coloured blue, while those with the C and N termini still free are coloured green and red, respectively. The graph reveals a clear separation into three distinct features corresponding to the different topologies. The protein structures were rendered by VMD, shading the protein from blue to red between the N and C termini.
