I applaud that articles and, hopefully, an entire article and not just an abstract is going to be freely accessible to the public. One thing that I miss the most about being a student at a university is the availibility to read the many scientific periodicals in the school's library. I enjoy reading how the experiment is designed; i.e., is it good or bad science, did it follow a stringent scientific protocol or is it sloppy.

Truly, I hope that we have more free access to complete scientific articles in all fields of resarch not just medical. Not everyone is a member of a professional association, and some of us cannot afford the membership fees.
