Kudos to the editors, none to the author

I really like the idea of discussing philosphical topics in a natural science journal, because there is a need for it and most scientists are much more open-mindend than Meyer tries to make us believe.
Kudos to the PLoS Bio editors for setting up the 'mini experiment'. But this article only shows the short-sightedness of the author but not the general attitude of natural scientists towards philosophy.
