Might lipid apheresis positively affect viral infection?

ME-CFS patient undergoing lipid apheresis treatment for hypercholesterolemia at HUP. Often wondered how this treatment might affect my viral infections and symptoms? Some previous diagnoses : Babezia, mycoplasma, CMV, EBV, chlamydia pneumonia. Hoping perhaps this info might trigger some questions regarding and or furthering your research. "It was nothing exact, but often saw a Pos. Lyme and Mono test when the diagnosis was Hypercholesterolemia. Wether they really had hypercholesterolemia is not certain. Many Dr.'s put that down when it isn't necessarily so.
Lots of things interact causing false Pos. studies" added by my sister after sending her your study and asking her if during her career she saw any patterns.
