I make this note to thank, and be positive about the purpose of the authors in this article. To encourage greater use of information that has been established is a philosophy that can only lead to strengthening our whole community. Encouraging those who have contributed, to update internet access to everyone who might appreciate what they have done, is to encourage greater use of knowledge and discovery. I also compliment the PLOS organisation for its commitment to open access. Public funding for such activities would be most appropriate. More appropriate than subside for diesel fuel for mining companies.
