There was an error in the seventh sentence of the third paragraph of the Materials and Methods section. 4°C should read 94°C. The correct sentence is: The amplification regime consisted of 1 min at 94 °C followed by 5 cycles of 1 min at 94 °C, 1.5 min at 45 °C, and 1.5 min at 72 °C, followed in turn by 30 cycles of 1 min at 94 °C, 1.5 min at 51 °C, and 1.5 min at 72 °C, and a final 5 min at 72 °C.
