Can we make it more realistic?

Reduction of 30% is hard for adhere. However, if it is interleaved by treats, say once a day or once in a few days may be more acceptable to most people. The issue is how much negative effect such treats will last. I would like to see research on effect of such a scheme - eating one meal a day or eating a decent meal every few days. If proved effective, that will be a new lifestyle to promote.
