Cells, neurospheres, or tumor sections were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde, washed with Tris-buffered saline, and incubated with polyclonal mouse anti-A20 (Santa Cruz Biotechnology) and goat anti-Sox2 (Santa Cruz Biotechnology) where indicated.

There was an error in the first sentence of the Immunofluorescence Staining section. The correct sentence is: Cells, neurospheres, or tumor sections were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde, washed with Tris-buffered saline, and incubated with mouse anti-A20 (Santa Cruz Biotechnology) and rabbit anti-Sox2 (Santa Cruz Biotechnology) where indicated.
